This is a guideline of using Mode 01 of Auto Create folder and files Google Sheets add-ons
Automatically creates a new parent folder in Google Drive.
Automatically creates up to 10 new child folders located within the parent folder.
Automatically creates a new file within the newly created child folder.
The new file is generated based on a commonly used template file.
Store All information about the new parent folder, child folders, and files in a single tab. This information includes name, creation date, links and creators.
Define these options by inputting them into Google Sheets. Define the parent folder structure once, then repeat to create it with a single click.
The template file is identified by its unique file ID. If you are unfamiliar with File ID and Folder ID in Google Drive, click here to learn more what is meaning of File ID and Folder ID in Google Drive

You are allowed to add only one template file into each new children folder.
The maximum number of new children folders are 10.
Auto creates a new file that is located in the new child folder.
The new file is created based on the template file which is defined by the user’s preference.
The location of the new parent folder is defined by the user’s preference.
All information about the new parent folder, new children folders and new files are stored in a single Tab. These information include folder name, file name, created date, link to folder, link to file, file or folder creator.
From your Google Sheets file, navigate to Mode 01 as guide below:
Extension => Auto Create folder and Files => Free => Mode01
